3. AI Analysis & Limitation of Liability
PoliciesXray uses state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing models to extract and summarize clause text from uploaded PDFs. However:
- PDF scanning and OCR may occasionally misinterpret blurry text or complex formatting.
- Calculated risk scores and summary points are automated estimations and do not guarantee insurance claim approval by your insurer.
- PoliciesXray shall not be held liable for any financial loss, denied insurance claim, or dispute between you and your insurance provider.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform design, logos, icons, user interface code, and brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of PoliciesXray and TechAbys. Uploaded policy documents remain the property of their respective owners.
